Starting with the sawing of each log, to hand drawing and selecting precision stock, every effort is made to achieve the best grain pattern as well as ensuring the best quality at each selection process.
After hand drawing each product, every piece is custom cut, after which a very safe and efficient kiln process is maintained that allows for the ultimate quality and drying times.
RIFLE AND GUNSTOCK BLANK SELECTION
All rifles, shot gun blanks, and forends are jointed and planed for uniform thickness.
We carry an extensive inventory of various blank patterns and sizes to satisfy most requirements.

After squares leave the dry kiln, they are again inspected, jointed, and planed in order to provide the best appearance and machine ability. As seen above, all grain patterns are visible from straight to fancy grade.
